By using RecoPlace, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of the Service
RecoPlace allows users to:
Discover, search for, and save personal recommendations for books, podcasts, movies, dining locations, and other user-defined categories.
Create and manage customized recommendation lists.
Receive content recommendations based on interests and past activity.
Share individual items via standard sharing methods (e.g., SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.).
The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 10 years old (or the minimum age required by your country) to use RecoPlace. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. User Accounts and Privacy
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure.

5. User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for any content (e.g., lists, comments, images) you submit or share through the App.
By posting content:

You confirm you have the necessary rights to post and share this content.
RecoPlace reserves the right to remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
Post or share content that is offensive, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
RecoPlace is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecoPlace and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
